What you need

ice cubes
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 oz Aperol
1/2 cup seltzer water
2 orange twists

How to prepare


  1. Divide coffee between 2 rock glasses filled with ice cubes.
  2. Divide orange juice and Aperol between glasses.
  3. Top up with seltzer water. Garnish each serving with an orange twist.



Sweeten with simple syrup or agave syrup of desired.
