Cold Brew Ginger Mule

What you need

3 oz vodka
1/4 cup lime juice
ice cubes
1/2 cup ginger beer
2 sprigs fresh mint

How to prepare


  1. Divide coffee, vodka and lime juice between 2 copper mule mugs filled with ice cubes.
  2. Top up with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish each serving with mint.



If desired, garnish with thinly sliced coins of fresh ginger.
