Creamy Pumpkin & Cashew Coffee

“Everything nice” joins Pumpkin Spice in this deliciously creamy fall recipe. Enjoy a dash of spiced sweetness from cinnamon and brown sugar with the unique creaminess of blended cashews (pro tip!).

What you need

1/4 cup raw unsalted cashews (or substitute 1-⅓ oz oat milk, or other non-dairy alternative)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch cinnamon

How to prepare


  1. Brew 1 cup of Starbucks® Pumpkin Spice Flavored Coffee.
  2. Combine coffee, cashews (or oat milk, or another non-dairy alternative), brown sugar and sea salt in blender. Cover well. Blend, starting from low to higher speeds, for 30 seconds, then another 15-30 seconds on high until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour directly into mug, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!
