Dark and Stormy Eggnog Latte

How to prepare
- In a small saucepan, heat milk over medium-low heat, heat eggnog and ginger, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until steaming. Strain through a fine sieve and whisk with a frother or hand blender until frothy.*Alternatively, microwave eggnog and ginger on high in a micro-wave safe cup for 60 to 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds or until steaming.
- Divide brewed coffee and rum between 2 mugs. Pour frothed eggnog mixture over coffee, top with whipped cream and garnish with ginger.
Add a few dashes of bitters if desired.
