Fall Spiced Toddy

How to prepare
- Pour hot coffee into a small saucepan set over medium heat. Add cloves, allspice berries, 1 cinnamon stick and nutmeg. Bring to simmer, cover and remove from heat.
- Let stand until room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours (spice flavour will become more intense the longer it chills).
- Strain and discard solids. Fill two large glasses with ice, pour chilled coffee over ice. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.
- Serve and enjoy.
Whole spices can be found at most bulk stores, allowing you to buy as much as needed.
