Iced Caramel Latte with Vanilla Cream

What you need

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp caramel sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup ice

How to prepare


Vanilla Cream:

  1. Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and granulated sugar to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Use a hand mixer or whisk, beat until it is thick and creamy. Be careful not to overmix or you will end up with whipping cream.


  1. Add caramel sauce, brown sugar, and brewed espresso to a large glass.
  2. Mix together and add ice.
  3. Slowly top off with about ½ cup (125 mL) of vanilla cream.
  4. Sit back and enjoy.
