- Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and granulated sugar to a medium-sized bowl.
- Use a hand mixer or whisk, beat until it is thick and creamy. Be careful not to overmix or you will end up with whipping cream.
- Add caramel sauce, brown sugar, and brewed espresso to a large glass.
- Mix together and add ice.
- Slowly top off with about ½ cup (125 mL) of vanilla cream.
- Sit back and enjoy.
