Irish Iced Coffee

How to prepare
- Stir hot coffee with sugar until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
- Divide ice between two footed Irish coffee mugs. Pour 1 oz. (15 ml) Irish Whiskey into each mug and top with coffee.
- Spoon whipped cream over top garnish with rosemary.
- Sit back and enjoy.
Substitute honey, maple syrup or butterscotch sauce for a subtle-caramel like flavour.
