Irish Iced Coffee

What you need

1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
2 oz Irish Whiskey
2/3 cup lightly sweetened whipped cream
2 fresh sprigs of rosemary

How to prepare


  1. Stir hot coffee with sugar until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
  2. Divide ice between two footed Irish coffee mugs. Pour 1 oz. (15 ml) Irish Whiskey into each mug and top with coffee.
  3. Spoon whipped cream over top garnish with rosemary.
  4. Sit back and enjoy.



Substitute honey, maple syrup or butterscotch sauce for a subtle-caramel like flavour.
