Long Island Iced Coffee

What you need

2 tbsp Simple Syrup (see below)
2 tbsp Orgeat syrup
1 oz Amaro liqueur
1 oz vodka
1 oz bourbon
1 oz tequila
8 dashes bitters
Crushed ice
1/4 cup 5% light cream
2 maraschino cherries

How to prepare


  1. Stir together coffee, simple syrup, orgeat syrup, amaro, vodka, bourbon, tequila and bitters.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses filled with crushed ice. Top up with cream.
  3. Spear each maraschino cherry onto skewer; garnish each serving with maraschino cherry.



To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in small saucepan and bring to boil.


Cook for about 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely.


Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
