Pecan Pie Affogato

What you need

1 tsp maple syrup
2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
1/4 cup pecan pieces toasted
2 tbsp caramel sauce

How to prepare


  1. Stir hot coffee with maple syrup.
  2. Place each scoop of ice cream in small tumbler, dessert glass or stemless martini glass. Pour hot coffee over top.
  3. Sprinkle pecans over top. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
