What you need

1/4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature (preferably grass-fed)
2 tbsp MCT oil

How to prepare


  1. Brew coffee using your favourite brew method.
  2. In blender mix coffee, butter and MCT oil until smooth, frothy and thickened.
  3. Divide between 2 mugs.
