What you need

1/2 tsp simple syrup
1 can condensed milk
1 cup half & half or whole milk

How to prepare



  1. In a medium saucepan, add sweetened condensed milk and half & half (or whole milk). Stir frequently  over low heat for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Cool completely and keep refrigeration in an airtight container for up to 5 days.


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add chilled coffee and syrup. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds until coffee becomes foamy.
  2. Strain into a glass. Top with coffee foam from shaker.
  3. Add syrup to taste.
  4. Sit back and enjoy.
