What you need
How to prepare
- Use a coarse grind similar to sea salt.
- Use twice as much coffee as water. E.g. Use 4 tbsp. (60 mL) for every ½ cup (125 mL) of water.
- Brew for 4 minutes.
- Serve over ice.
- Add milk, ice cream, or a tasty syrup if desired.
- Sit back and enjoy.
Pour hot coffee immediately over ice cubes in a heat-proof glass.
The melting ice helps to ensure that you get the proper dilution and perfect strength.
