1 cup milk
1/4 cup pumpkin spice latte syrup
1 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup whipped cream
4 tsp caramel sauce

1 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup canned pumpkin purée
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp vanilla extract

How to prepare


White Chocolate Pumpkin Spiced Latte

  1. Heat milk in small saucepan set over medium-low heat, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until starting to simmer. Stir in pumpkin spice latte syrup and white chocolate. Using frother or hand blender, whisk until frothy.
  2. Divide coffee between 2 mugs. Pour in frothed milk mixture. Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Syrup

  1. Combine 1 cup (250 mL) water, 1/2 cup (125 mL) brown sugar and 1/2 cup (125 mL) granulated sugar in small saucepan; bring to boil.
  2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
  3. Reduce heat to low; stir in 1/4 cup (60 mL) canned pumpkin purée, 1 tbsp (15 mL) ground cinnamon, 4 tsp (20 mL) ground ginger, 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground nutmeg and 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cloves.
  4. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in 2 tbsp (30 mL) vanilla extract.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes. Strain through fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or coffee filter. Let cool completely. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.



Garnish each serving with shaved white chocolate if desired.
